Right next to our residence you find the Leisure Golf Club.
The club has an excellent reputation as one of the rising golf courses in East Africa. This jewel of a Kenyan championship golf course is the venue for the annual corporate golf events of Prime Bank, Alliance Hotels, Kenya Airways, Safaricom and the Diani Beach Masters.
The Leisure Golf Club has been as: excellent Finest Golf Resort in 1999 and always strives to maintain its position as one of the top three golf courses in Kenya.
The course is ideal for professionals and advanced students of each level (handicap is required), but there are also lessons for beginners or to access the handicap offered.

Kitesurfing is probably the most exciting of the new water sports and recorded the world’s highest growth rates.
The sport is easy to learn but due to the increasing number of kitesurfers space problems at the popular beaches have occured. We do not have these problems at Diani Beach.

The Diani Beach is regarded as secret and offers throughout the year moderate to strong winds without gustiness, which is why the Diani Beach is perfect for learning this fascinating water sport. The wind will be fairly constant, with the European winter months from november to nebruary have a slightly lower probability of wind. The most commonly flown kite sizes are 11-14sqm.

It’s always worth a look at the wind forecast at Nyali Beach. The actual wind speed at Diani Beach are especially at high tide increased by the local thermic winds and are usually about 2-3 knots higher than at Nyali Beach.

Advanced love the kiteing on Diani Beach because of the constant wind and the stunning backdrop. There are very good local kite schools that also offer rental equipment. For the loan of material without a teacher, evidence of safe riding and upwind riding is required.

For those riders who want to surf independently, the Diani Beach is only 200m footpath of the Condominium.

Once your stay at the Beach Club is complete, you will be picked up again.

The Indian Ocean offers both the novice diver or beginner and the experienced diver an enormous range of possibilities. Whale sharks and manta rays can be seen seasonal as well as dolphins and toothed whales. Other big fish like sharks and groupers, moray eels, etc., and a wide variety of species of small fish can be observed at the offshore coral reefs.

Whether beginner or advanced dive, we will find something for every taste diving package. We recommend the diving school “Diving the Crab” with PADI (5 star dive center), SSI and DAN certified instructors and modern equipment.
